General Description

Function as supporting role for Intercontinental Supply Chain Solution team. Mainly in charge of PO management system data maintenance under APAC scope.主要负责亚太区范围内的PO管理系统数据维护工作。

• System data maintenance. 系统数据维护。
• Coordination with suppliers. 协调与供应商之间的工作。
• Coordination with APAC origin operation office. 协调与亚太操作部门
• Coordination on-boarding vendors with self-booking process.
• Data Quality monitoring and governance. 数据质量监控和管理。

Skills Required

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English, both written and verbal.

良好的中英文沟通能力，书面和口头表达能力。

• Background in freight forwarding industry and PO management preferred.

有货代行业和订单管理经验者优先。

• Be able to master office tools, excellence on Excel. Ability to do data analyze will be a big plus.

• Excellent attention to detail. 注重细节。
