Business Support-财务/行政助理

What You’ll Be Doing:

● This position performs a variety of clerical duties around the operations of a branch, department or warehouse facility. 

● Compiling and distributing standard reports for inventory, freight, handling, past due invoices, billing, etc. 

● Additional duties can include, phone coverage, mail sorting and distribution, mailing product samples. 

● May also cover for other support positions.

● Reporting to Finance Manager, you will upload invoice in customer system.

● You will be responsible for  re-print and mail invoice/statements to customer per request. 

● You are also required to fill up finance related information of our company when trader need create new vendor/account code.

What We Are Looking For:

·        College certificates or above 大专或以上学历

·        Proficient in English 英语流利

·        Mininum 2 years of working experience,preferably with MNC

·        有外企工作背景优先

·        Good communication skill  善于沟通

·        Able to multi-task and proactive person

·        能完成上司交待的任务，具有积极的工作态度
