Description

Make Work measurement to define standard time and continuously improve line balance,efficiency and productivity.
Make Method study to optimize the production Process flow, operation and motion.
Optimize the workstation arrangement on ergonomics.
Make the layout and capacity solution for customer demand.
Make working instruction and provide process technical support to operation.
Design and maintain the process flow and product traceability system.

Qualifications

A university diploma, or above in the area of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, and etc.
>3 years working experience as IE, PE or related jobs in electronics manufacturing
Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering and Lean Production.
Fluent English in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
Can work independently and play positive role in a team, showing promising characters of creativeness, persuading ability.
Good knowledge in Six Sigma is preferred.
