We are looking for an OEM trader to join our Converge, an Arrow company, in Shenzhen office.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling. Maintain and promote relationships with customers.

• Focus on expanding and maintaining business relationships/market share with new and existing customers. Works persistently on RFQ, quotation, stock checking, and Customer Order signing.

• Be able to consistently explore and fulfill customer’s demand/request, identify opportunities to drive toward the strong result.

• Collecting market information about assigned industry including demand/supply trend, market share, competitor etc.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor degree or above. Majoring in Electronics or Business & Marketing is preferred

• New customer exploring experience is a must

• Aggressive sales personality in achieving qualified results and able to work under pressure

• Good at Communications

• Quick learner

• Fluent English speaking

• Hard-working and self-motivated

• With team-work spirit
