We are looking for skilled board power design engineer for Radio Base Station (5G) related HW development. Now wa are looking forward to your joining!

You will

• Be responsible for board power solution and design for radio products, Baseband products and network router products.
• Be encouraged to do DCDC power solution design, including lightning protection, polarity protection, hot-swap, EMC filter, power stage and control loop design.
• Do circuit simulation, power loss calculation and margin analysis.
• Take ownership to Isolated and non-isolated DCDC design, task force driving, performance improvement and verification.
• Do schematic design, and Layout Design (guiding PCB engineer to do Placement and Routing).
• Prepare document, Sch, layout, margin analysis, signal plan, verification plan/report.
• Take ownership of released products maintenance and root cause analysis.

To be successful in the role you must have

• Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
• 2+ years or more working experience in power design, DC/DC area.
• At least one of below converters experience：BUCK, BOOST, BUCK/BOOST, FLYBACK, Forward, Half-bridge, Full-bridge.
• Good communication and proactive demeanor to corporate with other function teams (HW, Digital, Mechanics, thermal, SW design teams).
• On-hand skills in using lab equipment: DC source, Oscilloscope, Electrical load, LISN, Loop analyzer, etc.
• Ability in priority considered if experienced on Electronics components reliability control and failure analysis and knowledgeable on Semiconductor packaging technology and process.
• “Can-do” demeanor for challenges and technical problems.
• Ability to collaborate optimally within a multi-functional team.
• Proficient spoken and written English skills.
