Description

- Provide DFx evaluation to R&D during Proto-type phase.

- Work with manufacturing partners to enable proto-type build and manufacturing ramp.

- Perform trouble-shooting to part/process issues.

- Perform part qualification to install capacity for the production ramp.

- Work with R&D and supplier to design & duplicate PPP tooling, equipment and processes.

- Identify root cause and implement improvement projects to reduce deviation in manufacturing process through SPC, DOE and benchmarking.

- Yield and test coverage improvement

- Able to work independently to perform tasks assigned to him/her

- Resourceful and result oriented

- Excellent analytical skills

- Superior teamwork skills

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 plus year's related experience or Master's degree and a minimum of 4-6 years experience.
