岗位职能：

1.执行公司战略，负责渠道的开发和管理；

2.拜访项目相关的业主、管理公司、设计院及总包单位，与各项目的所有主要的决策人和有影响的人士建立良好的关系；

3.与本团队及公司其它销售团队和其它部门成员保持开放和合作的关系，以推动团队精神建设；

4、通过不断的自我评估、学习和管理层的指导，承担发展自己及他人的责任；

5、理解、支持和执行公司所有的政策/决定。

任职资格：

1.大专以上学历，建筑工程相关专业优先；

2.25-35岁之间，性别不限；

3.在自控、空调、电梯、消防领域有过从业经验者优先；

4.具备良好的沟通及表达能力，有较强的团队合作精神，愿接受挑战并能承受工作压力。
