Job Responsibility:

- Liaison with the technical department in major OEM
- Develop and provide technical training for external and internal customers
- Compiling and/or translating product literature for marketing activity and technical seminar
- Handling customer inquiry and provide technical support to major industrial and automotive customers via customer visit, develop solution for field application problem.
- Support product life cycle management
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Technical Manager


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or relevant science subject.
- Minimum 10 years solid experience in machinery manufacturing, maintenance or lubricant-related industry.
- Knowledge of lubricant manufacturing is preferred.
- Willing to travel frequently
- Fluent in English
- Excellent problem solving and communication skill
