Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

Responsibilities:

·        Drive and participate in customer engagements in new MS business area, AI driven MS, Private network MS, from lead generation to contract fulfilment in agreement with the CU account.

·        Plan and develop Agile and cost effective, AI&ML based architectures based on review of current client enviroments and scenario analysis.

·        Plan legacy technology transformation and migration to drive business outcomes.

·        Lead solution development, managing an internal matrix team to scope and tec solution.

·        Take responsibilities as Customer Technical Leader/Manager or Solution Area Expert for MS service delivery.

·        Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations

·        Support deployment of solution

·        Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing 

·        Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

Key Qualifications:

·        Education: Bachelor degree

·        10+ years service presales or delivery experience in Telco or ICT industry.5+ years project management experience.

·        In-depth and practical experience in Managed service, Private network, and AI,  ML presales and delivery in Telco industry.

·        Experience for DevOps project delivery.

·        Strong client interaction, communication, documentation, presentation and consulting skills.
