职位描述

Job Purpose

Be responsible for development of service market and promotion of service products to achieve regional service sales targets; Assist to establish a stable and healthy service sales system

 

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • New customer development, customer database collection and arrangement, service market development

  • Quotation, order processing, spare part sales, system upgrade, service contract signing

  • Assist region to achieve service sales target together

  • Sales forecast, sales report

  • KA customer follows up in the region

  • Responsible for the promotion and sales of service products in the region

  • Responsible for service product quotation/order and follow in the project

  • Coach and improve the sales skills and abilities of the service team

     

    主要职责:

  • 负责新客户开发,客户数据库收集整理,服务市场的开发;

  • 负责报价、订单处理、备件销售、系统升级、服务合同签订;

  • 协助区域完成服务销售目标;

  • 对销售情况进行预测并进行销售报告;

  • 区域内KA客户的跟进;

  • 负责区域服务销售业务拓展,备品备件销售;

  • 负责服务产品报价/订单处理,并跟进项目;

  • 培训并提高服务团队的销售技巧和能力。


Required Minimum Qualifications

  • College Degree or above

  • 3 + years of service sales experience

  • Engineering background, familiar with mechanical product sales

  • Familiar with pumps and the application (water supply and drainage, HVAC) is a plus

  • Market development capability

  • Project management ability

     

    任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,工科背景优先;

  • 3年以上服务销售经验;

  • 工程背景,熟悉机械产品销售;

  • 熟悉水泵及其应用(供水和排水、暖通空调)者优先;

  • 市场开发和项目管理能力;

  • 有一定的英文书面能力;

  • 外资背景优先。
