Volvo Construction Equipment (VCE) Company is the wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Group, one of the World Top 500 companies. As the third biggest construction equipment manufacturer in the world, headquarter of Volvo CE is located in Brussels, Belgium. VCE specializes in developing, manufacturing and marketing mechanical equipment related with construction, with a product range including backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, excavators, articulated haulers, motor graders and compact equipment. In 2010, to better meet the needs of emerging market customers, Volvo Construction Equipment invested nearly 300 million SEK in the Tech Center in Jinan.

Volvo Construction Equipment Jinan Tech Center will focus on R&D of construction equipment and components for emerging markets. One of the priorities for the tech center is to build a strong R&D team comprising both local and foreign talent to bring new products to market. Now we are looking for talent for the below position for our Technology Centre.

Position Title: Hydraulic Engineer （液压工程师）

Location: Jinan(济南)

Purpose of Job:
Develop complete hydraulic systems and secure quality, cost and functionality in all product development phases for the hydraulic system. This includes, among other things, to select concepts, develop new hydraulic system and components together with sub suppliers and also secure performance and installation into our products. A part of the work is also to support purchasing with technical knowledge in sourcing projects.

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities:
· Specification of hydraulic components
· Drawings for components and 3D modelling
· Technical contacts with our suppliers
· System development of hydraulic systems
· Functional development of the electronics-driven hydraulic
· Evaluation of different design solutions
· Support our testing activities in the evaluation of design solutions
· The work is mostly preformed in cross-functional projects.

Education/Professional Qualifications required:
· M.Sc. in engineering or equivalent
· Experience in product development, preferably with mobile hydraulic systems
· Broad interest in technology, especially within the area of heavy vehicles
· Experience dealing with design and development problems and strong intuitive and analytic ability to resolve problem
· Open positive attitude, target oriented, flexible and enjoy working both independently and in groups in an outgoing and communicative way.

Additional Important Requirements (e.g. language, mobility):

教育/专业资格要求：
· 工学硕士三年以上工作经验或工学学士五年以上工作经验

· 有产品开发的经验，特别是机载液压系统设计经验

· 对液压系统开发有很大的兴趣，特别是重型车辆领域

· 有解决设计和开发相关问题的经验，并有强烈的能动性和分析解决问题的能力。

· 有开放积极的态度，工作中以目标为导向，灵活，既能够独立工作同时又能适应团队合作。
· 良好的英语书面和口语能力。

volvo construction equipment technology (china) is located in high-tech zone of jinan, shandong. volvo construction equipment jinan tech center will focus on r&d of construction equipment and components for emerging markets. it will be the first volvo construction equipment tech center in china, and the first tech center in jinan established by a world top 500 enterprise. volvo construction equipment tech center in jinan will undoubtedly play an important role in volvo construction equipment’s global r&d network, pushing volvo construction equipment’s strategic development and upgrading in china.
