Mission
The primary responsibility of the this role is to support the HRBP and the line managers on competence related issues that drive business performance.
Functional responsibilities
- Note: The degree of involvement and participation/responsibility may vary depending upon the exact nature of the role
Talent management
? Drive Leader sourcing within the organisation with focus on ensuring succession planning and leader development
? Support managers in working according to the Leadership pipeline and where applicable Project Management Pipeline within the organisation
? Work with line managers to ensure that career development activities are in place for the organisation
Competence development
? Ensure that competence management process is in place to ensure closing of strategic competence gaps
? Secure that Competence plans are produced and that Strategic Competencies are identified
? Ensure that competence development activities are identified and carried out within the organisation to close competence gaps
Organisation development and Change
? Demonstrate the ability to build a best-in-class team and exhibit strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
? Support management teams in organisation development and change
? Ensure the use of best practice, policies and approaches to enhance the effectiveness of the organisation
? Support managers in working with employee engagement to secure an attractive workplace and facilitate VGAS set-up, execution and workshops

? Business Understanding: Understanding of business fundamentals and the role of HR as a contributor in order to reach agreed and communicated business targets; has a concern for effectiveness
? Communication: Good verbal and written skills and experience/ability in Change
management
? Consulting Skills: Establishing a client relationship based on clear expectations and an agreement on deliverables
? Facilitation: Ability to direct group processes that enable members to deal openly with each other and resolve issues to meet shared objectives

? Organisational Development: Knowledge of existing organisational set up and business processes. Ability to identify cause- and affect dynamics in complex organisations, to analyze structures and processes and contribute in the improvement of organisational set up.

Education and Experience
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field or equivalent work experience
? Minimum 3 years of HR experience
? Fluent in local and English language required, additional languages a plus
? The HR culture requires an assertive and dynamic individual who is proactive
in communications and able to develop effective relationships at all levels within the company
? Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
? High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted initiatives in conjunction with day-to-day activities with minimum supervision
? Ability to work successfully in a global matrix organisation
? Good working knowledge of HR processes and policies
? Understand coaching and facilitation principles that help drive transformation and change in the organization
