PURPOSE

The QA manager is the head of the quality department and is responsible for the quality of the products made by a manufacturing company;

A quality assurance department examines raw materials before their use on the production floor;



AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

- Assure processes from raw materials to finished goods and upto delivery to customer warehouse meet standards for food packaging as required all legal documents for food contact packaging materials.

Supervise quality relevant activities in assigned areas and coordinate the production site management to ensure the process is under stringent quality system.

Supervise SOPs/QS/ISOs implementation, and activities for LPB/food grade board operation.

Review of quality documentation (batch records, specifications, validation protocols/reports etc) before raw material consumption and finished products shipping out to customers.

Support and coordinate mill validation activities, and supervise validation process to meet its intention and individual customer's requirement on quality.

Initiate and review Change Control Request per required based on risk assessment methodology.

Case management, lead/ coordinator for the failure investigation, plan for the correction, follow up for the corrective actions and preventive action until case close off. Verify the effectiveness.

Handle quality complaints and enquire by providing sound feedbacks, analyzing the data statistically and initiating corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Improve product quality with the process of annual product review and common continuous improvement tools (e.g. Six sigma, SPC).

Implement quality system internal audit and follow up all action plans

Provide GMP / Quality Assurance related training / qualification

Represents QA on assigned project teams



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education :

A minimum bachelor degree, major in relevant science (e.g. pharmacy, food technology chemistry, chemical engineering, microbiology).

A minimum of 3 years working in QA function in relevant industries. Quality Engineering experience and/or certification is a plus.



Specific Knowledge/Skills :

Good understanding on legal documents for food contact (direct/indirect) packaging materials (including Chinese GMP, HACCP and other regulations in China and overseas)

High energy level; positive attitude, shows initiative to act on his own and work under pressure.

Good decision making and problem resolution able to understand quality-related issues from project teams, find solutions to problems; monitor progress, project management and prioritization skills.

Strong communicator and good team work with others.

Good command of English and PC skills, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Strong proficiency in written and spoken English as well as Chinese.

Resourceful, discerning, independent, self-driven and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

　　亚太纸业（广东）有限公司
　　亚太纸业（广东）有限公司成立于2002年11月21日，位于广东新会，主要从事文化用纸的生产和销售，一期投资额达6.8亿美元，年产45万吨高档文化用纸，一期工程中的后段加工厂已于2005年5月底建成运营。纸机项目已经进入全面开工建设阶段，预计2012年初投产。
　　福建林浆纸一体化项目
　　2004年6月签订《林浆纸一体化项目投资框架协议书》，计划一期在莆田市投资建设年产120万吨阔叶木硫酸盐商品木浆厂，配套建设300万亩速生林基地和码头。林业基地建设工作于2004年下半年正式启动，先后在福州、莆田、泉州、漳州、龙岩等地区设立林业公司。目前各项工作进展顺利。

　　重庆高档纸项目
　　亚太资源集团计划在重庆投资建设高档文化纸和高档包装纸项目，布局西南，响应国家西部大开发战略。
　　该项目计划投资达上百亿人民币，在长寿工业园区建设大型高档文化纸项目和高档包装纸项目。此次投资框架协议的签订，标志着亚太资源集团在中国整体战略布局上又迈出了重要一步，体现了亚太资源集团继续重点投资中国的决心。
