The successful candidate will be responsible for:

. Reporting directly to the FOM, Responsible for assisting Guest Service Manager in the overall day-today
operations of Sofitel Club Millesime whilst on duty.
. To create a warm and professional atmosphere to ensure highest and consistent standard of services,
providing guests with Luxury service.
. Assists FOM in overseeing the smooth running of the Executive Club Floor on a day-to-day basis.
. Responsible for the effective daily cost control and inventory control.
. Through close supervision and continuous training will develop and maintain brand service standards.
. With Club Millesime Ambassadors will continuously assist guest and participate in Cousu Main actions.
. Liaise with Director of F&B and Executive Chef regarding service and food & beverage amenities.
