Responsibilities 工作职责:
To specify the application of steering system layout for CV OEMs (Bus & Truck, special vehicles) based on their specific requirements, with proposal of components such as steering gear, power steering pump, power cylinder, valve blocs and RAS–systems;
根据汽车厂的特殊需求，确定商用车主机厂（公交车、卡车、特种车）转向系统的应用方案，并提供相关部件的建议，如：转向机、动力转向泵、转向助力缸、阀体以及后桥转向系统；
To build-up and maintain good relationship with CV OEMs all over China, presentation of technique and product promotion, technical support training together with sales to ensure the OEM’s satisfaction;
在全国范围内与商用车主机厂建立和保持沟通关系，与销售一起完成技术介绍和产品推厂，以及技术支持和培训，确保满足客户要求；
Preparing of technical documents as base for cost calculation and sales offer, give feedback of customer demands to other development related departments;
准备成本核算及销售报价的技术文件，并向开发相关部门反馈客户需求；
Definition and handout of technical documents including drawing, standard and other technical documents for CV OEM’s for their design and installation;
为协助商用车主机厂的设计和安装，定义和提交技术文件，包括图纸、标准及其它技术文件；
Discussion of technical issues with CV OEM’s in regard of information and travel reports;
根据相关信息和出差报告，与商用车主机厂讨论相关技术问题；
Follow-up of prototype delivery, installation of components by the customer, installation check, vehicle measurements and release approval, completion of technical documentation according to requirements of audits;
跟踪样品的发运、由顾客进行的零件安装、安装检查、车辆检测及验收批准的发布，审核要求技术文件的完成；
Assistance in analysis of Chinese market in regard of technical and market survey, specific requirements of OEM’s and competitors performance and products.
协助进行有关技术和市场调查的中国市场分析，主机厂的特殊需求和竞争对手的产品和性能。

Qualifications Required任职资格及要求:
Education学历
Bachelor Degree in automotive or mechanical engineering.
学士学位，汽车或机械工程专业。
Experience工作经验
- Min. 2-3 years of working experience in system layout with technical background in automotive industry, steering gear or steering system preferred;
最少2-3年在汽车行业系统配置的技术工作经验，转向机或转向系统优先；
- Good knowledge in vehicle measurement systems;
熟悉汽车检测系统；
- Working experience in multinational foreign companies preferred;
具有跨国企业工作经验者优先；
- Familiar with ISO/TS16949 preferred.
熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理体系者优先。
Skills 技能
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin;
良好的英语及普通话交流技能；
- Excellent computer skills in MS office incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
良好的技算机及办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 应用能力；
- Excellent communication skill in customer relationship;
具有良好的客户沟通能力；
- Driver license required.
