Responsibilities 工作职责：
As part of the company's R&D department in Jinan, Testing Engineer conceptualize as well as implement the components and complete solution testing of new and refined products in accordance to the company's and automotive industry standards. Your responsibilities will be:
·Project and realize new testing and measuring systems, test floors and test devices.
·Create test specifications.
·Perform testing & analysis, define test benches & specify test methods and procedures.
·Instruct and supervise Testing Technicians on the installation of the testing systems.
·Verify that specified test benches, procedure, & test parameters are in conformance with applicable customer specifications, and provide technical support as well as approval recommendations to Design Engineers, Application Engineers, and Test Technicians.
·Clearly document test results in a structured manner.
·Service of testing and measuring systems.
·Update engineering, production and quality departments on test results.
·Survey market of measuring and testing systems.


Qualification Required 任职资格要求：
·Minimum 2 years of engineering knowledge in automobile industry or comparable industries.
·Familiar with test procedures, set-ups, test performances and test equipment.
·A good understanding of testing methodologies, statistical tools and test planning.
·Material know-how: metal, plastics in relation to temperature, oil usage and related contexts.
·Experience handling test stands.
·Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
·Analytical capacity and discipline to identify root causes.
·Good communication skills, teamwork spirit.
·Work well under pressure with multiple priorities and have good problem solving abilities.
·Structured working habit.
·Fluent English and Mandarin Skills in speaking and writing.
