Responsibilities 职责
1. Planning and preparation for the new product line.
规划准备新产品的生产线。
2. Coordination under the support of experts to ensure the new product line ram-up.
在专家指导下协调新生产线的实施。
3. Preparation of machine, tools, process, and fixtures before project SOP.
项目量产前的工艺准备，包括设备、刀具、流程和工装。
4. Supporting the purchasing of machines.
协助采购生产设备。
5. Development and planning of technology for the production area.
生产工艺的开发和规划。
6. Lead the new machine acceptance, spare parts, ram-up.
领导新设备的验收，备品备件，前期的批量生产。
7. Technical support for outsourced service related to product.
针对外协产品工艺服务的技术支持。
8. Layout planning and work station planning of the related product.
产品相关生产线的布局及工作位置的规划。
9. Continuously optimize the production and process flow, investigation of cycle time and carry out time study in cooperation with production and ZPS team.
和生产以及ZPS团队合作持续优化生产和工序流程，研究生产节拍，实施时间测量。
10. Update of working and in-process testing instruction to secure qualified production.
更新工作指导书和在线测量指导书以确保有效的生产。
11. Investigation of new tools to reduce cycle time and increase life time of tools for cost reduction.
研究新工具降低生产节拍，提高工具的使用寿命降低成本。

Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求
1. Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering major.
机械相关专业本科或以上学历。
2. Minimum 3 years work experience in process engineering in machining industry.
三年以上机加工行业工艺工程相关工作经验。
3. Strong technical background and sound knowlege of current manufacturing technologies.
优秀的技术背景，熟悉现有生产技术。
4. Good knowledge in FMEA, control plan, and process audit.
对质量管理工具FMEA，控制计划以及过程审核有良好的理论基础和实际应用经验。
5. Good English or German language skills.
良好的英语或德语沟通能力。
6. Good knowledge about ZFLS manufactured products is preferred.
了解采埃孚转向系统产品优先。
7. PC und EDP skills (MS Office, SAP, AUTOCAD).
掌握PC和EDP技能(MS Office, SAP, AUTOCAD)。
8. Ability to carry through tasks.
