Responsibilities 职责
1. Timely and correctly bookkeeping for product or service cost related transactions and make allocations.
负责和产品或维修服务成本相关的账务及时与正确地处理与分摊。
2. Cooperating with related departments and define the standard cost and follow-up.
通过和各相关部门合作，制定标准成本并定期更新。
3. Cost computation via SAP system and variance investigation, analysis and interpretation in various field (sales, material, overhead, capacity, quality cost etc).
借助SAP系统进行成本计算，成本差异原因调查与因素分析(如价格、材料消耗、制造费用、产能、质量成本等)。
4. For cost purpose, review the production routine, activity types and BOM, material master data, hourly machine cost and labor cost etc.
监控生产工艺、作业活动种类、物料清单、物料主数据、机器工时费用及人工费用对产品成本的影响。
5. Define and monitoring the measures to be taken for reducing products cost by cooperating with related departments.
和相关部门共同确定为降低成本而需要采取的措施并进行监控。
6. Responsible for the stock management from finance side, make stock taking from time to time, prepare the difference records and find out reasons.
存货情况管理，进行不定期盘点、编制存货差异报告并查找原因。
7. Cost and profitability analysis for product and service, so as to propose any potential change to product mix or customer base.
产品和服务业务的成本利润分析，以向高层建议变更产品结构或客户情况。
8. Cost pre-calculation and estimation for products to be produced in future.
公司未来产品成本的估算。
9. Correctly interpreting data of business activities to management.
准确地向管理层介绍和分析公司业务活动的相关数据。
10. Budget and planning supporting.
协助公司计划与预算的编制。
11. Coordinating with and providing transactional support to all departments and operation functions.
与公司各运营部门合作并提供业务方面的支持。
12. Other accounting and finance related supporting jobs and other tasks assigned superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
其他会计与财务方面的支持工作以及为实现公司目标上级交办的其他工作。

Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求
1. Education学历
-Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting of financial management related majors.
-会计学或财务管理相关专业本科或以上学历。
2. Training培训
-CICPA qualification or other widely recognized professional qualifications is preferred.
-如拥有中国注册会计师资格或其他被广泛认可的专业会计师资格更佳。
3. Skills技能
-Well understands Chinese Accounting Standards and IFRS.
-熟连掌握中国会计准则和国际财务报告准则。
-Good command of English and good presentation and communication skills.
-良好的英语技能以及良好的演示和沟通技能。
-Masters the cost approaches of world-class manufacturing environment.
-掌握先进生产型企业的成本核算方法。
-Good technical background and understanding process and products is preferred.
-拥有良好的技术背景，了解公司的流程与产品更佳。
-Proficient in an ERP system such as SAP and proficient in MS Office.
-熟练掌握一种ERP系统, 如SAP，且能够熟练运用微软办公系统。
4. Experience工作经验
-Minimum 3 years working experience in financial controlling related position in manufacturing industry.
-三年以上生产型企业财务控制工作经验。
