岗位要求：
1、 本科以上学历，人力资源、工商、行政管理等相关专业；
2、掌握人力资源相关知识，熟悉劳动用工法律法规、社会保险制度；
3、熟练使用EXCEL、PPT等办公软件；
4、具有较强的分析、写作能力，良好的沟通协调组织能力，能够承受一定的工作压力；
5、熟悉法律方面知识。
岗位职责：
1、 配合主管领导做好公司人力资源、行政等相关工作的开展，确保各项工作按照规定执行；
2、撰写和跟进落实公司总经理会议、做好公司会议纪要；
3、协助总经理制定战略计划、年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标分解；
