Project Task项目职责:
?Follow defined project process & system and support assigned Project Manager to manage project
遵循事先定义的项目流程和体系，在项目经理的领导下管理项目
?Under the leading and management of Project Manager, conduct daily management of construction works to ensure delivery of project on-time, within budget, achieving quality level and no EHS incident/accident.
在项目经理的带领和管理下， 执行项目施工的日常管理，以确保项目按期、预算内、保质、安全受控状态下的实施交付。
?Serve as construction manager from the project inception till completion, participant in project whole process including design, tendering, application for government approval, construction, completion, handing over and guarantee period;
作为项目的施工经理，全程参与项目从启动到竣工的全过程，包括设计，招投标，办理政府部门手续，施工，竣工移交，质保。
?Responsible for construction Implementation- take full responsibility for construction work and report to Project Manager
施工过程的责任-对项目的施工负责，并直接向项目经理汇报
?Design Stage– participant into design coordination and management works, conduct design review as team members
设计阶段 – 参与设计协调和管理工作，并作为团队成员执行设计审查工作
?Tendering Stage- attend tendering works as team member including pre-qualification, document preparation, tendering issuance, on-site survey, opening, inquiry and answer, bids analysis, bids negotiation
招投标阶段 – 作为项目组成员参加招投标阶段的所有工作，包括资格预审，编制及分发招标文件，现场考察，开标，答疑，评标，标书商讨
?Construction kick-off - arrange project team members to monitor the preparation of temporary water, electricity, drainage, facilities, communication, fence and road by contractor
施工准备 – 安排项目组成员监督承包商临时水电，排水, 设施，通讯，围墙及道路施工
?Construction – leading construction management team to manage and monitor the site activity. Coordinate among client, supervision and contractor. Ensure the project to achieve the target in terms of high quality, on-time delivery, within budget and HSE compliance.
施工 – 带领施工管理成员管理及监督现场的各项工作。协调业主，监理及承包商。确保项目达到既定的质量，进度，造价和HSE目标。
?Completion inspection – support Project Manager to coordinate the inspection and acceptance activity, conduct the document filing identify. Document the key lessons and achievements.
竣工验收 – 协助项目经理协调验收和移交工作，做好文件归档，总结经验教训。
?Support Project Manager to coordinate the relationship among contractors, supervisors and client
协助项目经理协调承包商、监理和业主的关系

Qualifications
任职资格

?Majoring in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering or equivalent undergraduate or above
土建，机电或同等专业本科或以上
?At least 10 years working experience in civil engineering, M&E engineering, in which includes at least 3 years experience working in international project management. Pulp and paper industry project management experience will be plus.
10年以上土建，机电工程管理经验， 其中包括至3年国际项目管理公司工作经验。有制浆造纸行业施工管理经验者优先考虑
?Working knowledge of China HSE requirements, China construction codes;
熟悉中国的HSE要求，施工规范
?Understand China design codes and relevant law and regulation;
了解设计规范及相关法律法规
?Familiarity with government approvals process;
熟悉政府部门的审批流程
?Competent in both written and spoken English;
英语听说读写流利
?Excellent computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Project, Autocad 2000 experienced.

?Excellent team cooperation and management competence;

    URBAN & MOBILITY

    As the world is more and more urbanised, the challenge is to ensure that the world is sustainable by providing efficient transportation and green buildings. To meet this converging market, Transportation and Construction Services were merged into a new business group Urban & Mobility. With this integration, Poyry aims to strengthen its ability to respond to the increasing need for solutions driven by population growth and urbanisation, in areas such as urban development, real estate development, transport planning, rail and road infrastructure, construction management and building design using the global platforms of this business group.

    WATER & ENVIRONMENT

    Water is one of the most critical issues facing the world and one that directly impacts health, food and livelihood. Here, too, the world faces huge challenges. The Water & Environment business group will spearhead Poyry's vision to become a leading service provider for the entire water cycle and to mitigate environmental degradation.

    MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

    The Management Consulting business group was formed by merging the management consulting businesses in the Forest Industry and Energy business groups. They currently employ around 450 management consultants in total. The target is to double the size of the business in about five years and to expand management consulting services into areas that have synergies with the rest of the Poyry group. The business group has a strong link to our engineering as part of the total offering.
