Engage appropriate support to ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and quality standards 
2. Design, develop and test new equipment control systems and complete commissioning activities on time; 
3. Provide programming development, testing and support for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Computerized Control Systems, Control Wiring, Process Control, Building Control Systems, Instrumentalism, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and process networks 

4. Be proficient in Delta V system and other PLC control system 
5. Participate of selection of equipment instrument, control module and others 
6. Analyze data and present findings in clear written reports 
7. Learn plant operations and existing systems (control, network, data management, etc.) 
8. Calibrate instrumentation, optimize control loops and optimize advanced controls 
9. Provides expertise that supports testing and commissioning activities throughout the project 
10. Set up equipment operation related documents in order to ensure equipment productivity and plant operation 

requirement. 
11. Work close with cross function for equipment improvement based on process optimization 
12. Participate in the training & development of assigned employees in the project.

14. Bachelor degree in Industry electric control engineering or equivalent, Master degree is preferred 
15. 3 – 5+ years relevant working experience in engineering projects of process equipment design, construction, commissioning, new chemical plant experience and process background is preferred 
16. DCS and PLC control system is required 
17. Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
18. Excellent critical thinking skills 
19. Good communication and interpersonal skills 
20. Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate and engage others 
21. Understanding of and ability to work with high-level computer technology. 
22. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills and knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating. 
23. Able to work irregular hours or be on-call occasionally to support project implementation to deal with faults which occur at the plant operations. 
24. Familiar with engineering tools, AutoCAD, process calculation applications 
25. Fluent in reading and written English
