Responsibilities：

- Identify, qualify, contract and develop partner (freelance) solutions based on production requirements, and in alignment with Moravia's business requirements and strategic directions.

- Ensure all required information is entered into information systems and make sure information systems are always up-to date

- Test and qualify resources in cooperation with linguistic quality department

- Contract and develop freelance solutions for languages in alignment with Moravia business requirements

- Communicate with freelancers, answer queries, provide support if needed

- Track new services offered by freelancers

- Negotiate freelancers prices on yearly basis (and/or project basis)

- Coordinate freelance resources for production

- Act as escalation point for PMs regarding freelancer resources related issues

- Monitor freelancers' performance

Requirements

- Secondary or University education

- Need at least 1 year of Vendor Management experience to get to this level or proven experience in IT or service purchasing in an international environment of 3 years

- Experience in IT or service purchasing nice to have

- Fluent English

- Advanced in MS office tools
