KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Review works link invoices.
2. Prepare aging file
3. IC reconciliations and non-trade payments
4. Analyze accounts payment aging report regularly to ensure payment released correctly and timely;
5. Frequently communicate with suppliers and keep good relationship with them;
6. Ensure job responsibilities carried out in line with Husky's Financial Guidelines and requirements;
7. Other ad hoc reporting as assigned by team leader.

TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1. University degree with 3+ years relevant experience in manufacturing accounting;
2. Sound spoken and written command of Chinese and English language;
3. Hands-on PC-based computer skills: spreadsheets; databases;
4. Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills;
5. Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone working experience and BaaN ERP system experience preferred.
