3、 数据库的日常维护及建设；

4、 就客户职位，与潜在候选人进行深入沟通，并分析把握候选人与客户职位的匹配程度；

5、 向客户推荐适合的候选人，并协助客户安排进一步的沟通面试；

6、 跟踪项目进展，促进寻访项目最终达成，完成个人业绩指标。




任职资格 ：

1、 人力资源管理、工商管理及销售等相关专业本科以上学历；

2、 1年以上猎头公司经验或企业专职招聘经验，对人才市场具备一定的敏感度和判断能力；

3、 有良好的职业道德和职业操守，较强的责任感，善于分析客户及人才的心理；

4、 较强的表达能力、判断能力，良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力。
