岗位职责：

Direct Sourcing - the role holder will work withResourcers to source from direct channels

Manage the recruitment process

Add value to the Recruitment Process by keeping up todate with the recruitment market, employment legislation and the clientsindustry

Advise managers of pertinent changes to the employmentmarket and legislation and ensure managers comply with employment and companypolices

Managing the hiring managers' expectations in line with thepoints above and achieving high Customer Satisfaction

Qualify vacancy with the Hiring Manager, agreeingshortlist criteria, screening criteria and interview process

Devise individual recruitment strategy campaignsagreeing key milestones and timelines

Establish the appropriate recruitment method to sourcethe best candidates ensuring the relevant client recruitment targets are met

任职要求：

Experience of Direct Sourcing gained in technology sector

Previous 3-5 years experience in a permanent recruitment team (in-house/agency), RPO experiences prefer.

Delivery of large volume of positions and prioritize work accordingly

Good communication skill both Chinese and English

This position could be based at Ericsson Beijing office.
