Responsibilities · Design the specific turbocharger components (TH; CH; BH) using construction methodology · Design the specific turbocharger assemblies and responsibility for the hole T/C · Securing a robust design according to the SE-work (functionality, feasibility, costs) · Ensure consistency of the internal interfaces of the T/C · Coordinate with internal interfaces and creation of the turbocharger model assembly · Create development bill of material; Create T/C Overview and PPT′s for Project team and Customer · Responsible for the coordination of the packaging space with the customer · Create Change Overview for internal and External use · Secure the accuracy of models and drawings · Secure the accuracy and completeness of the bill of material · Drawing (2D) and Modeling (3D) Expert in Pro E Wildfire and Creo · Good knowledge in Engine and Turbocharger technologies · Definition and coordination of technical product requirements for turbochargers · Responsible for securing the scheduled supply of appropriate and compatible turbocharger devices for further stages of development · Support of sales department with customer acquisition · Responsible for the coordination of the packaging space with the customer · In charge of construction of fixtures and measuring equipment for validation Authority Delegation of responsibility if absent

Qualification Requirement Educational Background (Language): · Bachelor degree or above on mechanical robust engine, or vehicle engineering, or similar · Fluent Chinese and English· German will be a plus Job Relevant Knowledge: · Knowledge of casting and Machining Technologies · CAD/PDM Expert, Pro/E Creo, T/C-function, shape and positional tolerances, design methodology of T/C cast housing · Thorough knowledge in dealing with CAD/PDM-systems · Suitable design for casting · Design methodology of T/C cast housing · Communication skills and self-management competence · Analytical thinking and problem solving competence Work Experience: · At least 5-year experience in passenger vehicle in turbo or engine companies(3) · Intellectually smart, emotionally mature; flexible but also disciplined; humble in manner but aggressive with results; hard working; detail-oriented; persistent, customer focused and self-motivated
