一、ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB/主要职责：
1.Work with project manager and his/her team. During the project stage, report to project manager and Quality manager all actions to be performed in order to guarantee the quality of the finished good of Diligent Factory.
跟项目团队和经理紧密协作，在项目阶段，落实所有的有效措施以确保公司产品符合品质要求，并汇报给项目经理和品质经理。
2.Conduct and suggest RD ,QA ,PM and all related about the rules of CE and UL CCC etc.
要求并指导RD,QA,PM等其它部门和相关合作方有关各国地区安规方面的要求
3.Responsibility for the certificates of the product.
负责公司产品安规安全认证
4.Transfer Voice of customer to product ，and transfer to the FG quality spec.
把客户的品质要求转化到内部, 并转化成品质标准给各方使用
5.In charge of all test of new project development and signature them.
负责跟进开发段产品的测试进程，报告并签核
6.Make sure no repeat quality incident happen.
确保开发段问题不再发生
7.Monitor the changes and Make sure no quality issue after changes.
监控并确保ECN后没有品质问题
8.Help other team to solve the issues using methodology and concrete solving.
协助其他团队用有效方法彻底解决品质问题
9.Make the new project QCP(quality control plan)
制定新产品的QCP品质控制计划
10.Collect quality issues for trial run stages etc.
新产品试产段的问题收集,报告及跟踪等
二、COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED/技能要求:
1.Familiar with maunfacturing quality flow.
熟悉制造业品质流程，有产品安规和品质工作经验
2.Strong communication ability.
思路清晰
三、EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/学历及工作经验:
Education 本科
Experience 有灯具安规经验和新产品量产前阶段的品质监控，指导和协助完善
