Customer Development

l  Make the sales/market strategy in the specified region or industry.

针对规定的区域或者行业制定销售和市场战略.

l  Independently develop and maintain the new distributors and dealers in the  specified region or industry.

在规定区域或者行业独立开发和维护经销商和二级经销商；

l  Independently develop the strategic key partner nationwide, importing PB brand into their product profile for promotion and sell. And maintain the existing ones for the further cooperation

在全国范围内独立开发战略合作伙伴，把PB品牌到导入他们产品中进行推广和销售；并维护现有的合作伙伴进行深度合作。

l  Support the distributors for end-user exploration，brand promotion.

支持经销商开发最终用户，和品牌的推广。

l  Handling all kinds of business issue timely and properly to maintain the brand image

 及时和合理解决业务中各种问题以便维护品牌形象

l  Aquiring new distributors and  leading partners with dealer status into conracted distrbutors.

获取新的经销商，促使二级经销商能转为签约经销商

 Interior Tasks

l  Report  to Sales director about the sales plan, sales forecast regularly  

定期向销售总监报告销售计划，销售预测。

l  Analyze the actual sales statistic both monthly and annually and optimize the sales activities  

月度和年度的销售分析，并根据分析优化销售活动。

l  Lead Marketing activity’s organization and preparation, like trade fair, customer event, seminar.主导市场活动的组织和准备，如展览会，客户交流会和研讨会。

l  Communication with HQ about sales, any urgency if required.

如果有需要和总部在销售和紧急事宜上的交流

l  Support sales director & Sales Managers

在工作上支持销售总监和销售经理

Qualification profile, skills, abilities/技能和能力要求:

-       University degree or similar education background .大学或者相近的教育背景

-       High-end tools distribution Channel in China for above 4 years’ experience.

 有高端工具经销渠道4年经验以上。

• Rich resource and sales  experience  in the industrial field is an advantage.   工业行业有丰富的资源和销售经验优先考虑。
• Ability to lead the presentation,  negotiation and coordination  in customers development.     在客户开发中，可以独立主导演讲，沟通和协调的能力。

-       Ability in Written and spoken English is advantage

具备英语听说写能力优先考虑

-       Good organisational capabilities and self-organisation.

较好的组织和自我管理能力

-       Positive attitude to work and team player

对待工作态度积极,团队精神

• Willing to work hard, travelling.
