岗位职责：
1. 职员月考勤处理、维护与各部门确认、汇总及考勤情况分析、异常的及时提报。
2. 职员保险（基本保险、住房公积金的交纳、停缴、转移、支取，医保门诊统筹理赔，工伤险、生育险、基本医疗保险的审批核赔，外地销售代表的各项保险办理等）
3. 年度员工养老险、失业险及公积金基数的核对及调整。
4. 合同相关事宜（招工手续，劳动合同续签及劳动合同资料的保管与整理，落户人员合同鉴定等）
5. 园区计划生育工作实施与月报表，艾康集体户口页的管理。
6. 各类用工计划指标的提报。
7. 办理公司员工西湖区、杭州市的专业技术职称评定。
8. 员工档案转移及员工迁移操作，离职员工档案送劳动部门。
9. 员工落户手续办理。
10. 员工组织关系转移。
11. 职员入职、离职、异动交接手续的办理。
12. 员工在职证明、解除劳动合同证明办理。
13. 请假卡年度更换，员工工作牌的制作与更换。
14. 员工人事档案的整理保管（完整无缺件）。
15. 员工生日蛋糕的发放。
16. 协助完成公司年度体检事宜。
17. 各类报表（月考勤汇总表、HR加班时数汇总表、月请假考勤汇总分析表、月新进人员离职人员、保密权限及社会保险增减报表、月计划生育报表、月社险财务分摊表。
18. 部门事物（部门秘书工作、部门请假卡集中管理、部门人员加班汇总、办公用品申购、部门饭票购买。
19. 受理员工相关咨询。

1.大专学历；
2.2年左右人事相关工作经验，认真负责，积极主动。
