主要工作职责：

o     90% 工作时间为热线电话支持

o    主要为用户提供以下技术支持：

o    通过电话，邮件等接受用户的技术问询，能够准确的理解和分析用户的问题并提供技术解决方案。

o    提供硬件（台式机，笔记本，显示器，移动设备和打印机等）的基础支持，以及软件（Windows操作系统，Outlook邮件，Webex及公司内部开发系统等）的一线支持。

o    通过Service Now系统及时升级复杂问题到二线支持小组。

o    能够理解并遵循公司的流程和KPI要求来记录和跟踪用户的问题，确保提供统一的、及时的技术支持。

o    适应远程团队的合作，及时的升级和反馈outage并实时共享信息。

o    编辑或更新用户使用指南，提供简洁易懂、可操作性强的解决方案给用户。

o    遵循美敦力信息安全标准，确保公司及用户的信息安全。

o    快速理解和学习全球及大中华地区的IT项目，确保项目在大中华地区的顺利上线并提供技术支持

教育程度

- 大学本科或同等学力

- 计算机信息技术相关专业

工作经验

·         至少2年相关工作经验；

·         具备责任心，执行力强；

·         良好的英语阅读能力和基本的英语书写能力；

·         有中大型外资企业IT支持经验优先

·         对以下程序有基本的了解和支持经验: Windows 7, Window10, Office 365, Remote Management Tools, Active Directory Administration, VPN , Cisco Webex, Service Now, Network(TCP/IP)等
