职位描述
To manage product portfolio and pricing structure, new product launch and detailed execution of product communication as aligned with global brand guideline for KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALES product brands b; to work closely with FWS/OEM team in marketing to track progress and adapt plans under the guidance and supervision of the Brand & Comms Manager.

Plan
? Work with KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALES sales to understand the existing and potential KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALESs product potential, so to develop and recommend Castrol branded/non-branded product portfolio and pricing structure, road map of KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALES new product development
? Manage new product launch via working closely with FWS/OEM team in the marketing and KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALES sales, GLT and supply Chain.
? Develop and execute product marketing communications strategy and plans for the KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALES product brands to be aligned with global brand and innovation strategies
? Lead the 24 months demand plan for assigned KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALES channel.
? Work closely with Brand Activation Manager to input and execute global brand guideline on professional series during product development
Executes all agreed product marketing initiatives with excellence
? Deliver specific marketing materials, working with the local agency and with inputs from brand team, KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALES Sales and KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALES after sales marketing staff as appropriate;
? Good communication with KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALES sales team and KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALES after sales marketing staff of plans and activities
Monitor implementation of progress vs. agreed KPI
Projects
? Lead product projects when necessary
? Work as program managers to ensure the overall project well on progress and managing the risk, invite key stakeholders’ intervention when necessary
KPIs
? Product portfolio effectiveness and efficiency
? All products design meets KEY ACCOUNT/FWS SALES product guideline
? New product launch on time in full
? Post launch performance
? Forecasting accuracy
? Volume, Turnover, Gross Margin
Ensures compliance with OMS and any supporting GDP’s - e.g. Driving Safety and any local legal requirements
? University graduate with degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or other related field.
? Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience is required;
? Project management skill is required;
? Car industry knowledge & experience will be plus
? Brand management & CRM experience will be plus
? Demand planning skill will be plus
? Good communication & negotiation skills
? Work Independently
? Fluent both in English and Mandarin
