1、本科学历，相关电子专业；

2、3年以上相关工作经验，对硬件知识有广泛了解，有较好的硬件设计能力；

3. 具备技术驱动Demand Creation能力，并能有效跟进管、理项目；

4. 良好的沟通能力，高效完成与客户和上游供应商的技术问题交流；

5、优先考虑音视频设计相关经验者；

6、具备团队协作意识；

7、具备阅读英语技术文档的能力。
