职位描述

A. Job Functions
1. Enhance the sales force in term of normal sales order processing
2. Support on customer management, product/sales forecast, communication with factory/HQ and other routine operations within sales field

B. Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
1. To make record and analysis of project leads/information
2. Support sales to deal with the daily document of inquiry including pumps quotation and tender files, etc.
3. To assist sales in processing the key customer management, delivery and payment issue etc.
4. To assist sales staff in branch office to communicate and coordinate with HQ
5. Dealing with emails, faxed and phones to branch office, keep the office clean and responsible for customer visit to branch office
6. Create the sales/product forecast based on sales inputs.
7. Keep attendance and business trip record of sales staffs in branch office
8. Produce sales report on the regular basis.
9. Sales meetings arrangement on regular basis or upon manager’s requirement
10. Other tasks assigned by manager

C. Qualification and Experience
1. Associate or Bachelor Degree holder
2. Min. 3 years of working experience as sales assistant or GM assistant
3. CET-6 or equivalent English skill qualification
4. Skilled in office suites (Outlook, PPT, Excel and Word)

1. Fluent in written English
2. Good communication skills

6. Enthusiasm and persistence in getting the job done
7. Positive self-confidence and ability to deal with pressure
8. The SAP experience will be an advantage

2. 支持客户管理,产品/销售预测,与总部进行沟通,以及销售领域其他内容

B. Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
记录并分析项目信息
2. 支持销售进行日常订单处理,报价等
3. 支持销售进行大客户管理
4. 支持分公司和总部之间沟通
5. 行使部分行政岗位职能
6. 进行销售预测
7. 制作销售报告
8. 安排销售例会
9. 管理、记录分公司销售差旅
10. 其他交代的事物

C. Qualification and Experience
1. 大专以上学历
2. 最少三年销售助理/经理助理工作经验
3. CET6级
4. 良好的OFFICE软件能力

D. Skills and Personal Attributes
1. 良好的英语书写与基本的口语沟通能力
2. 良好的沟通技能
3. 善于倾听
4. 以客户为中心
5. 开放,真诚,支持
