工作职责:
Develop marketing strategy and annual plan: Develop Marketing Calendars & detailed mechanism according to new product launch & key focused products for both channels.
Regular communications with Sephora to maximize their support i.e. Marketing, PR, e-PR, CRM, etc., and coordinate the work between sales, training, & digital.
Monitor all the design of locally produced Marketing material, merchandising, in-store display, and min launch pad, etc. aligned with brand image.
Develop Market Intelligence/ Competitor Analysis/ Consumer Understanding: market research, consumer journey, competitor intelligence on a monthly basis.
Miscellaneous POS Requests: Lead Trade Marketing Supervisor to take actions for miscellaneous POS requests.
People Management: Manage, coach and develop Marketing team members.
Team up with Digital department to build up brand website and online customer database to prepare for the long-term e-Commerce and CRM project.
任职资格:
University or above.
5 years of working experience in Marketing position in the cosmetics industry.
Mandarin a must and above level 6 in English.
Fluently spoken and refined written English
Very good computer skills, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Certificate in marketing is a plus.
Strategic thinking skills
Presentation & Negotiation skills
Knowledge of market, customer expectations and brand(s)
Analytical skills
Mastering P&L account management
people management & trans-departmental coordination skills
