1, Responsible for the sustainable profitable growth of business in the region by achieving the sales target of all products, market and channel development as well as sales system development
2, Participate in the development of marketing strategy within the region based on market analysis; Establish the regional sales strategy including the sales objectives, sales planning, sales promotion plan and market development to achieve the sales target
3, Lead the sales activities within the region, manage the distribution channel and distributors to achieve the sales target in line with the Company's strategy
4, Drive the Regional KA Manager to achieve KA sales target and account management objectives
5, Coordinating on the local researching program
Requirements & Qualifications
要求与资质
Background: Bachelor, Major in refractory or material related, at least two years working experience and knowledge in the refractory; production or technical experience in monolithtic ref or unshape ref will be preferred.
Skills (Language/Computer): Can communicate in English/ Good at office software: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
Personalities: Independent, systematic and flexible person, used to travel in China
Location: Tianjin/Hebei/Liaoning/Beijing
