职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound leads to determine qualification for sales
2. Achieve monthly qualified customer quotas
3. Achieve monthly incremental sales quotas, using Arrow’s online ordering systems
4. Participate in training and skill building sessions with marketing & sales teams
5. continuous improvement
6. Support other activities related to lead managements, as appropriate
  
Qualifications:
1. College degree preferred with equivalent experience
2. At least 2 years of previous Sales experience*.
3. Computer skills: MS Office, Internet, and Outlook, and Sales-related software; and ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
4. Communicate effectively via phone with a strong written and interpersonal skills
5. Proven track record of strong work ethic, customer service and interpersonal skills.
6. Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities.
7. Effective organizational and time management skills.
8. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
