External Serving Customer
？ Distributor& end-user’s development, maintenance and management in the north of China independently. 在中国北方区域独立开发，维护和管理经销商以及最终客户。
？ Support the distributor to end-user exploration，brand promotion. 支持经销商开发最终用户，和品牌的推广。
？ Handling complaints from customer timely and properly, as well as the payment issue.及时和合理解决来着客户的投诉和付款问题。
？ Sensitivity and collection to market and industry information for business exploration.对市场和行业信息的敏感和收集，以便业务拓展
Interior Tasks 内部事务
？ Make the Sales forecast, reporting to sales director. 向销售总监报告销售预测
？ Actual sales statistic both monthly and annually and working out the sales report/cause analysis月度和年度的销售统计，销售分析报告。
？ Marketing activity organization and preparation, like trade fair, customer event, seminar.市场活动的组织和准备，如展览会，客户交流会和研讨会
？ Communication with HQ about sales, any urgency if required.如果有需要和总部在销售和紧急事宜上的交流
Qualification profile, skills, abilities/技能和能力要求:
- University degree or similar education background .大学或者相近的教育背景
- Hand tools distribution Channel in North of China for above 2 years’ experience is an advantage. 在中国北方有手动工具经销渠道2年经验以上优先考虑
- Ability in Written and spoken English is required.具备英语听说写能力
- Good organisational capabilities and self-organisation 较好的组织和自我管理能力
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation skills很好的沟通，谈判，演讲能力
Willing to work hard, travelling.愿意出差,工作勤奋
