Responsibility

·Inventory Management
·Review forecast for advance pipeline customers to trigger shipment
·Review customer forecast and reply to customer
·Advice inventory positioning at different hubs via BT, monitoring inventory level at different hubs
·Provide inventory summary report to Product Management
·Reporting on visibility and exception
·Advice pipeline report back to customer
·Suppliers' PO qty increase/decrease against customer forecast
· Review new BOND qty and advise parts requiring better price
·Create BOND bucket, review and adjust qty
·Review current BOND SO
·Review out-bound qty
·Review CXL window
·Respond on Product Management bi-weekly Bond SO report
·Pull-in/Push out
·Inform CS for VMI part shipment
·Upload forecast to e-compass
·Check CSD
·Monitor and manage over inventory parts to minimize exposure
·Monitor high risk parts and advise Product Management accordingly
·Manage addition of new parts to be planned – ensure correct set-up etc

Knowledge
· have a Diploma in Quantitative Business Analysis or its equivalent
· Working knowledge of MRP, production lead time & cycles
· Some formal training or relevant experience is required to perform the job effectively
