职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.协助处理支付宝花呗借呗及各类不良贷款，通过电话提醒方式与客户进行沟通，维护客户信用，对风险资产进行有效管理。
2.根据培训要求，以专业、规范程序协助阿里巴巴及其他金融机构处理逾期款项。
3.运用专业的技巧去回答及处理客户的问题，并就客户的疑问给予相应的解决方案；
4.完成上级安排其他工作
