职位描述：
Essential Functions主要职责：
1、 To ensure the normal operation of production line, arrange staff on duty;
确保生产线正常运行，合理安排人员当班;
2、 According to the requirements of the production of products process checking;
按要求对所生产的产品进行过程抽检;
3、 According to production plan in advance to prepare for the replacement type;
根据生产计划提前做好换型准备;
4、 Ensure daily production materials and the ratio is right;
保证每天生产用料及配料准确性;
5、 Responsible for employee education and training work;
负责员工的教育与培训工作;
6、 Maintain appropriate records;
保证记录的准确性及真实性;
7、 Maintain a clean, safe, and well organized work area;
保证一个整洁干净、安全和良好秩序的工作区域;
8、 Timely and accurate passing the management information for staff;
及时准确向员工传递公司相关管理信息;
9、 Complete other tasks assigned by the leader;
完成领导安排的其它工作;

Responsibility & Authority as Related to Quality:
工作的责任和权利
1、 Ensure that quality standards are met;
确保生产的产品符合质量体系要求；
2、 Stop processes if quality or safety standards are not met;
如果生产过程中不符合产品质量或安全要求，请停止工作；
3、 Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and the
quality system;
识别并记录与产品、过程或质量体系相关的问题;
4、 Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels;
通过有效途径不断创新，提出解决问题相关措施;
5、 Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product
until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition is corrected;
对生产和发货过程中发现的不合格品应及时汇报或有效处置;

Education, Experience and Physical Requirements学历，工作经验及体力要求:
1、 Vocational school or senior school graduates;
中专或高中以上学历;
2、 Above two years related work experience is preferred;
两年以上相关工作经验优先考虑;
3、 Understand the equipment maintenance is preferred.;
了解设备方面的维修保养优先考虑;
4、 Independently using the gage, such as caliper and height gauge etc.;
能够独立运用检具，如：卡尺、高度尺等;
5、 Drawing recognition ability;
具备图纸识别能力;
6、 The age is limited from 22 to 40 years old;
要求年龄22-40岁之间;
7、 To meet the physical requirement;
能够胜任岗位体力要求;
8、 Innovation, communication and coordination, judgment and leadership ability;
创新能力，沟通协调能力，判断能力、领导能力;
9、 To stress the professional ethics and keep the confidentiality;

On March 16th 2010, AFFINIA Group invested a new plant in Longkou and named it Longkou Wix Filtration CO., LTD. The facility covers more than 60,000 square meters, and construction capacity is more than 35,000 square meters. We continuously introduced the advanced equipments respectively U.S.A. Italy and other ries. Our products will covered in high-quality Oil filters, Fuel filters, Air filters and others, to satisfy increasingly Road and OFF-Road cars demands.
2016年5月4日，美国阿菲尼亚集团被德国曼胡默尔集团正式并购，并保留WIX, FILTRON品牌, 阿菲尼亚旗下子公司龙口维克斯滤清器有限公司正式更名为龙口曼胡默尔滤清器有限公司，隶属于曼胡默尔集团下德国独资公司。
AFFINIA Group U.S.A was acquired by MANN+HUMMEL Group Germany on May 4, 2016. WIX and FILTRON Brand will be kept by MANN+HUMMEL and the subsidiary Longkou Wix Filtration CO.,LTD has officially changed the name to Longkou MANN+HUMMEL Filtration CO.,LTD, which is belong to the subsidiary of MANN+HUMMEL Group.
