职位描述：
岗位职责
1. 根据区域制定的计划与策略展开销售工作，完成销售目标；
2. 负责在工业类和消費市场开发新的Design-in项目，对项目进行实时跟进，争取Design-win,达成销售经理制定的DI/DW目标；
3. 维护供应商关系，及时支持销售同事处理客户问题。

岗位要求:
1. 大专及以上学历, 理工科背景, 计算机、电子专业的人才优先考虑；
2. 至少3年以上IC 行业工作经验；
3. 熟悉MCU的基本知识，能积极主动和供应商和销售团队合作；
4. 有方案销售及IC产品Design-in/win经验优先；
5. 责任心强，工作积极主动，有激情和上进心；良好的中英文沟通及书写能力；
