Mission of Function:
- Providing the technical application support for responsible products to customer through hotline and other platforms. Ensuring the efficiency of technical and scientific information to customers to make sure that customer needs are covered timely and correctly.

Contacts (internal / external):
- Internal: Technical Solution Center Manager, regional Customer Service Team, and other sales and commercial staff mainly.
- External: Distributors and customers etc.

Tasks:
1. Provide accurate, timely and advanced technical information, advice, assistance regarding the responsible products and services to customers to improve the customer relationships.
2. Respond to enquiries from customers via hotline, email or online discussion boards etc.
3. Handle troubleshooting and complaint handling through hotline, email or dispatch unsolved problems to field customer service team.
4. Receive, take record and follow up customers' satisfaction complains and escalate to superior according to related SOP.
5. Coach less experienced help desk staff.
6. Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.

Knowledges:
1. A degree in Technology (Medical Technology), laboratory Medical. Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Diagnostic is prefered.
2. The abillty to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face.
3. Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expert knowledge of Excel
5. Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
6. Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
7. A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
8. Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates
9. Phone communication skill

Experience:
1. Good experience in service within diagnositcs industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major feastures, applications and advantages. Good project management experience and proven success record.
2. service development or relevant functions.
3. Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure. Ambition and enthusiam for business growth. 4. Good language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversifed international and domestic backgrounds.
