工作职责：

? Responsible for the mechanical part sourcing 负责机械零部件采购

? Perform supplier audits based on a sound understanding of ISO9000.基于ISO9000标准和要求，对所负责供应商进行定期审核。

? New product developing and oversea parts localization新产品开发，及国外产品国产化。

? RFQ and Quotation analysis and price negotiation. Carry out a full Sampling Process track 询价，价格分析及价格谈判，全程跟踪样品开发及验证。

? Develop and maintain all relevant quality controls to ensure parts are produced to the company’s specification.控制供应商产品质量，确保交付的产品满足公司采购要求。

? Provide liaison between other international Spirax Sarco companies for the development of material export.，及时和海外工厂联络，跟踪出口产品的开发进程和生产，保证供给。

? Drive cost and lead-time reduction programs while improving supplier quality and delivery performance在减少成本和缩短交货周期的同时提高供应商质量和交付表现

任职要求

? Minimum 3 years sourcing experience for mechanical parts，casting experience is prefered 至少3年以上机械零件的采购相关经验, 有铸件采购经验优先。

? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline. 机械本科或相关专业大学毕业

? Supplier Relationship Management.Strong experience in managing suppliers both commercially and operationally供应商关系管理,包括成本和供应商日常运作管理的经验。

? Understanding & application of TQM [Total Quality Management] 精通全面质量管理和应用。

? Complex problem solving/Strong negotiation skill 优秀的沟通能力和复杂问题的解决能力

? Have a good command of English speaking and writing英语口语和读写流畅
