Job Responsibilities:
Payroll and Benefit
? Work as payroll contact point between internal HR operation team and payroll vendor
? Ensure payroll is strictly follow the timeline independently without remind/push by Supervisor
? Expressed clearly to on-site HR Operation Team on how/when to input the payroll materials
? Able to communicate effectively to get payroll raw data received to meet payroll deadline
? Able to report in time to supervisor if any potential risk for payroll delays
? Keep track on vendor KPI, improve Vendor’s accuracy and ensure meeting deadline
? Supplementary insurance coordination with vendor
? Other annual project coordination such as annual supplementary insurance, annual health check etc.
Incentive Calculation
? Hands-on monitoring overall quarterly incentive calculation process to meet deadline and ensure accuracy
? Collection of budget/actual data
? Ensure Incentive calculation of Different Functions of Different Regions
? Proactively Learning arrow incentive plan and be able to answer department’s question on the incentive issue
Process Improvement of Payroll and Incentive
? Process improvement mindset on payroll incentive process including but not limited to formula/forms/process etc.
? Provide suggestions on standardization and streamline of China payroll process and APAC incentive calculation process
Requirement:
? 5 years of HR experience with bonus/commission calculation and payroll experience
? Sensitive to data, analytical and logical thinking, process Improvement mindset
? Be familiar with China labor law
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) is a must.
? Can-do action, willing to learn and able to work under high pressure
