职位描述:
1. 负责分支机构的创建、内部事务、行政管理,协调财务工作、所有法规事务(招投标、物价、医保),保证公司运营的安全稳定。To be responsible for constructing of BO, the internal issues, administrational management, coordination of accounting, all regulatory affairs management topics(bidding, price, and local medical insurance affair) , ensure the security and stability of company's operating.
2. 招聘、建立与管理销售团队,进行有效激励与沟通,正确达成绩效评估。负责营销团队的管理,不断提升团队业绩水平和团队协作精神。
Recruit and establish and manage the sales team, to communicate with the incentive, reaching the right performance evaluation. Responsible for management of marketing team, improve team performance and team spirit.
3. 分解年度销售目标,并组织制订区域市场开拓、产品推广计划,并组织实施与效果评估; Decomposition of the annual sales target, organize the formulation of regional market development, product promotion plan, and organize the implementation and effect evaluation.
4. 带领并督导销售人员按照营销方案、销售目标,实施市场销售行为:包括制定业务计划、市场信息收集、客户开发、渠道建设、经销商与客户关系管理维护、款项回收等。负责区域内的市场信息收集、调研以及数据分析工作;
Lead and supervise sales people in accordance with the marketing plan, sales target, implement the market behavior: including the formulation of business plans, market information collection, customer development, channel development, distributor and customer relationship management, maintenance, payment recovery. Be responsible for the market information collection, research and analysis of data.
5. 协助下属销售人员销售技能的提升、业务的促成,培训新进公司的销售代表和经销商的销售代表。
To help the sales staff to increase sales skills and business skills, training new sales representatives and distributors sales representative.
6. 传递公司销售政策以及相关政策给销售团队,确保团队了解支持公司政策。
Deliver company sales and related policies to the sales team, ensure the team understand and support company policy.
7. 执行市场拓展计划,发展客户关系,获得有效、详细的客户需求,提供竞争对手信息以及市场变化信息。负责对大客户的管控。
To implement the market development plan, develop customer relationships, to know effective, detailed customer demand, provide competitor information and market information. Responsible for customer management.
8. 通过开展市场活动、销售拜访提高产品的区域性覆盖率。
Through the development of marketing activities, sales increased regional product coverage.
9. 负责区域经销商的寻找、签约维护及管理。

10. 负责区域招标和医院招标相关活动。

11. 负责公司产品售前、售后的服务、培训、指导工作。Responsible for the product pre-sales, after sale service, training, guidance.
12. 负责区域销售政策、价格管理,并协调处理业务冲突;

13. 督导销售档案管理:建立并及时更新经销商和客户的合同、资料和信息档案;
Supervise the sales records management: set up and update distributor and customer contracts, data and information files.
14. 负责相关学术会议的准备与参会工作,以及相关医疗器械展会的联系、筹备、参展等工作,配合公司做好品牌及形象宣传。
Responsible for the domestic academic conference preparation and attend the meeting, responsible for the related domestic medical equipment exhibition contact, preparation and attend the exhibitions, Cooperate with the company to do the publicity of the brand and image.
15. 负责区域经销商的寻找、签约维护及管理。负责维护与协调公司与客户(即供应商、代理商、经销商、医院以及各相关专家、教授等的)良好合作关系。
To be responsible for looking for, signing and management of regional distributors. To be responsible for the maintenance and coordination of the company and its customers (i.e., suppliers, agents, distributors, hospitals and relevant experts, professors and other) good relations of cooperation.
16. 严格落实执行公司各项方针政策和规章制度,合理控制各项费用。
Strictly implement the company policies and regulations, control of the cost reasonably .
17. 投诉管理。Complaint management.
18. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
