Job Duties工作职责：
- Contact supplier and confirm the cargo readiness once getting requests from destination得到目的港的代理要求，与供货人联系以确认货物准备情况。
- Receive legal shipping order from supplier and instruct Documentations to create shipment job in Procars从供货人处收到合法订舱单，并指示单证员通过系统输入装船信息。
- Confirm with agent with information such as carrier name, vessel name, booking no, equipment, ETD, and ETA.与代理商确认货运信息，如承运人信息、船名航次、订单号、ETD及ETA等。
- Inform supplier about booked space and instruct agents to pick-up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier’s requests.向供货人告知所订舱位船期，通知代理商收货和应供货人要求安排清关。
- Key T&T events into Procars after receiving MB/L and releasing HB/L.在收到MB/L和免除HB/L后，将T&T 结果锁定在系统中。
- Store copy of HB/L, MB/L and corresponding with destination/supplier in shipment file.保存HB/L和MB/L的复印件在船运档案中，便于目的港和供货人备查。

Job Requirements（岗位要求）：
- College or above major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant大专及以上学历，物流、国际贸易或相关专业。
- Some experience as operation or customer service with forwarding company, trading company or relevant business industry.在货代、外贸公司等相关行业有一定的工作经验优先。
- Good command of English both verbal and written 较好掌握英语的口语和书面应用
- Be positive, responsible, reliable, teamwork player 积极主动，有责任心，可信赖，有团队合作精神
