Purpose of Position: Drive new sensor business opportunities, provide technical consultation and end-customer solution / partnership.
Job duties:
- Identify and close on new opportunities
- Implement and execute marketing strategies, review and analyze market information and trend, reviewing the impact and providing intelligent recommendations to Management
- Work with local Sales management, align and focus on target customers and segments
- Improve internal collaboration with technical, sales and marketing departments to deliver quality proposal
- Develop a strong team and retain strong players for our business growth
- Travel within China and Asia Pacific is required
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Business Management / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in sensor application is a plus but not mandatory
- Min 5+ years of proven sales and marketing experience in component distribution/EMS Industry
- Have strong business sense and marketing mentality with good selling, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin
