职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、根据客户要求，办理客户员工的录用及社会保险等相关事务；

2、保证客户员工在正常情况下录用的进程，及时反馈跟踪特殊事项的办理；

3、为客户提供人事政策咨询服务，解答各类人事方面的操作问题；

4、客户信息的系统录入、填写，并确保系统录入数据的正确和及时；

5、完成人事外包队伍的内部业务和团队合作事务；

职位要求：

1、大专以上学历，有一年以上人事工作经验，熟悉人事事务的操作；

2、熟悉国家劳动人事法规及济南地方人事政策；

3、工作细致主动，具备较强的亲和力及服务意识，具备优秀的团队合作精神；

4、良好的职业道德，能保守工作机密。
