Principal Accountabilities
- Support the recruitment function end to end and ensure overall candidate experience to include bringing forth ideas and best practices.
- Partner internally with various functions in order to execute on innovative and cost-effective efforts that support recruitment objectives and accelerate our ability to attract and engage top talent.
- Processes and design intended to optimize the recruiting function for business leaders, HR and recruitment staff, aiding in superior user experience while ensuring compliance with inter-dependencies.
- Support the management of vendor partnerships and content across job channels to ensure Arrow’s Employer Brand is appropriately aligned with vendor efforts to attract top talent.
- Development of processes and process improvements that support an efficient and effective recruitment life cycle, including the communication of functional efforts/wins/successes in partnership with HR Director, Recruiting.
- Liaise with the business on reporting needs to determine the best way to interpret needs and data output..

Job Complexity
- Coordinates and support the daily activities of recruitment activities
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with supervisor
- Decisions are guided by policies, best practice, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager
- Accountable for the results of medium-sized routine support or production operations teams
- Solves problems based on practice and precedent
- Support team members and provides input to hiring decision

Experience / Education
Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. 举报 分享
