职位描述
 Assist sales to handle with the customer service related business, eg. PO handling, invoice issuing application, ect.
 Documentation and keying in M3 system, for transportation/logistics arrangement, inventory inbound operation and handling of claim.
 Assist supervisor to arrange the logistics bidding and logistics fee data analysis
 Collect customers’ feedbacks/ complaints, documenting in the record and escalating to the Supervisor for advice and resolution.

Requirements & Qualifications

 Education Background: bachelor degree or above (college degree will be acceptable if the applicant is outstanding);
 Skills ( Language/Computer): Good command of reading and writing English / Skilful in using MS office, especially requests the applicant to have ability in excel data processing.
 Working Experiences: at least two years’ experience in import and export or logistics industry, experience in freight forwarders business would be preferable
 Personalities: Strong sense of responsibility, careful and patient, able to work under pressure; initiative working attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Others: Ability to handling with emergency cases.
